Early puppy development is the critical learning phase to set you and your puppy up for success. We recommend starting as soon as they have two rounds of vaccines. See what the American Veterinary Medical Association has to say about early socialization here.

Puppy Class
The best place to set your new puppy up for success! This foundational puppy course covers basic manners such as polite greeting of people, coming when called, drop-it, walking on a loose leash, and more, and provides good socialization. You and your puppy will also learn how to navigate through other behavioral issues like housebreaking, jumping, and chewing. *We do offer the AKC Star Puppy test upon request.
Our group puppy class has a minimum of 3 puppies and a maximum of 6 puppies. This way you and your puppy receive quality attention from your trainer.
This class is appropriate for puppies 12 weeks to 20 weeks of age at the start of the class. *Puppies older than 20 weeks of age at the start of class need to register for a Manners group class.
The tuition for this 6-week group class is $195.
Are you struggling with potty training? We’ve created a FREE online course to address your potty training challenges.

What should you consider for continued learning after puppy class?
Keeping you and your puppy learning is a brilliant idea after you’ve completed puppy class. This builds on what you’ve learned, introduces new concepts, builds confidence, reduces problem behaviors, and continues to strengthen your bond. We offer Manners class and AKC Canine Good Citizen class for those interested in more work on things like loose leash walking, impulse control, and coming when called. We also offer electives like dog sports – Scent Work, Barn Hunt, Happy Ratters, Tricks, Mantrailing, and more.
