As a dog trainer, you have a very physical job. Dogs pull on you, jump on you, and keep you on your toes.
If you are worried your body will wear out sooner than you’d like while doing a job you love you’ll want to attend this workshop. Your body is a very important part of how long you can be a productive dog trainer and enjoy it pain-free.
We are hosting Lisa Bedenbaugh, from Rising Star K9 Rehab, a physical therapist for both humans and canines on Sunday, August 29th at 2pm. She will spend time explaining how we can take better care of our bodies working with dogs and implement 10 to 15 minute exercises to improve your:
– strength

This 90-minute workshop will be 50% lecture and 50% being active.
