Do you remember how fun it was when you were in school to get out on a field trip? Well, now your dog can enjoy a field trip with one of our amazing trainers! This is a great way to add more enrichment, socialization, and fun to your dog’s day. Plus they will come home nicely tired.
Field trips are for puppies and dogs that are comfortable leaving your care with a trainer and being transported in a car crate. They also need to be comfortable around other people and dogs. If you are already utilizing one of our services you can start without an assessment. If not, we do require a 1-hour assessment before booking a field trip package.
The trainer will pick up and drop off your dog from your home or other designated location.
What will your dog get to do?
- Take a hike in nature solo or with dog friends
- Walk in a local park
- Enjoy walking around downtown Lawrenceville or Suwanee Town Center
- Play at CCA’s facility
- Relax on a decompression walk
- Practice known skills and tricks
- and more!
Your dog will spend 3 to 5 hours away from home having fun and getting some rest in between their adventures. You will receive a few photos and or videos from their adventures, too. The amount of time they will be active will depend on the dog and their individual needs (about an hour for most dogs).

- crated at CCA
The trainer may teach a group class while your dog rests or runs other errands. Your dog will get to be the “teacher’s pet” for the time they are together.
